The
Zabeti villas combine traditional Cycladic architecture with
very high standards of design and construction.
The
grandeur of their design and construction reflects that of country
manors from an earlier age.
The rooms are spacious
and the villas
offer a sense of privacy.
The villas are all set
in their own grounds
and each have swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters and a spacious rooftop
terrace with sea views.
The
doors, windows and shutters are made of solid and well seasoned
wood.
Local materials such as Naxian
marble are used for exterior door frames and the bathroom walls
consist from floor to ceiling of marble, with a subtle variety
of shades.
The master bathrooms have a full size bath with a Jacuzzi and
a marble topped washbasin.
The
villas' interior will be as far as possible adapted to each individual
owner's preferences. The kitchens have fitted cupboards and marble
tiled walls.
There is an infrastructure for telephone lines and satellite
TV in
every room as well as for the installation of a central heating
system.
The sewage system of the three villas is connected to a common
biological treatment system.
The
villas have been built with due consideration of the topography
of the local area.
The garden areas surrounding the villas have beautifully handcrafted
stone walls, which follow the contours of the land and the existing
rock structures.
In the construction and design great attention to details has
been paid, every aspect has been carefully considered and executed
by skilled craftsmen.
There
are panoramic views across the sea towards Mykonos and Delos and
across the surrounding country side.
The pool areas will be paved with the same natural stone as the
50 sq.m. of exterior verandahs.
The Zabeti estate consists of 35.000 sq.m. on the Northwestern
coast of
Naxos and is close to the village of Galini, the Engares valley
and Amitis beach. Naxos
town is about 4 km distance.
