according to the wishes of the future owners.

traffic between the Potamia valley and the nearby village of
Melanes

The total area of land with one fully completed villa of 100
m2 of choice and the licence for the remaining villas is 340.000
Euro.
The future buyer has the choice to request the additional construction
of all or part of the remaining villas according to the licence.

price of additional constructions (for one or more of the finished
villas) is 2.300 Euro per m2.
The building licence is valid for 4 years and can be renewed after
this period if required.
