The
land consists of 2000m2 and is in a quiet rural area with a few
private houses set in their own grounds near the end of an unpaved
road.
Municipal electricity and water supplies are present on the perimeter
of the land and building permission will present no obstacles.
Because the land is within the village boundaries building permission
is up to 400 m2.
The
land is about 300 meters walking distance from a succession of
beautiful sandy beaches which are very quiet even at the height
of the season.
There is no coastal road between Mikri Vigla and Kastraki so traffic
is limited to a few local vehicles.
This part of the coast has hardly any tourist development.
Bordering the front land of the land is a small local shop which
is open in the season and there are some good traditional local
tavernas within 5 minutes driving distance.
