The Kastraki Villas N2 and N3 both have 2 bedrooms, a studio, 2 bathrooms and a large storeroom.
The villas are semi-detached and part of a group of 4 private villas.
Both villas have a similar layout and design: N2 has an interior surface area of 109 m2; N3 has 108 m2 interior surface area.

Both villas have additional stone terraces and private grounds of 881 m2 and 890 m2 respectively.
 
 

The villas are each built on two different levels.

The main floor consists of an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and kitchen, a bathroom and a studio.
From the living room double French doors open on to the front terrace.

The kitchen has a front entrance, which opens on to the terrace, and a second entrance from the back of the villa.
  
  The kitchen will have fitted cupboards and a work surface in marble or another suitable material according to choice.

  Traditional stone sofas and sofa beds can be built into the bedrooms and the living room, according to the choice of the future owner.

Each bedroom will have a storage cupboard with double doors if no built-in cupboard is present.

The central heating pipes will already be present under the floors.
The villa has floors of Naxian marble throughout.
 
 

Outside taps will be fitted which allows for a watering system for the garden.
The private grounds of both the villas (881 m2 and 890 m2) will provide ample space for a swimming pool if required.
