Glyfada View Villas
 
 
The location of the land
 
 

The Glyfada View project consists of 4 villas on a hillside near the beaches of Glyfada and Alyko.
The area has beautiful sea views along the Southwest coast of Naxos from Mikri Vigla to the headland of Alyko.
This part of the coast has a succession of beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water.
The villas will be in a rural location and the beaches are relatively quiet even in the height of the season.
The photographs used are those of similar villas designed and constructed by the same architect
  The villas have an elegant design and will be built to very high standards of construction.
Two of the villas have already been reserved, the two front villas are still available, villa A and villa B.
The villas have not yet been built; once sold the construction process will take 18 months.

Alyko villa   Villa A and B have a surface area of 83.30 and 83.80 m2 respectively, they are larger than the Alyko villa but similar in design. Each villa has 1000 m2 of private grounds.

Both villas have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each.

The villas have extensive terraces in natural stone which provide outdoor dining areas and greatly extend the living space of the villa.
 
  The kitchen opens on to a walled terrace with a wooden pergola which provides a shaded outside dining area.

Both the living room and dining room open on to the front terrace which is partially shaded by a wooden pergola.

The front terraces are paved in natural stone and face the sea and will have beautiful sunset views.
 
 

The villas both have a large roof terrace which has beautiful panoramic sea views along the entire Southwest coast and towards the mountains of the interior.

The land in front slopes down so the views from the villas remains intact.
The location can be reached via a small, partially unpaved road, which is accessible with a normal car.

 
  The private grounds of each villa provide generous space for a swimming pool.
Walking distance to Glyfada beach is about 10-15 minutes.
There are some excellent traditional restaurants in the area.

During the season the villages of Kastraki and Mikri Vigla have 2 well stocked super markets which sell fresh produce as well as general supplies and are about 10-15 minutes driving distance respectively.
 
 
Driving distance to Naxos town is about 25 minutes.

The price for the finished villas includes:

Fully fitted kitchen (except the electrical appliances).
All bathroom fittings.
Fitted cupboards in the bedrooms.
Terraces paved in natural stone with 2 wooden pergolas.
 

Boundary walls in natural stone.
Under-floor pipes for the central heating system.
Electrical wiring for air conditioning units (units not included).
Private water and electric meters.
Individual septic tank.
Approximately 1000 m2 private grounds.
