The ground floor has an open plan sitting room with open fireplace,
a spacious dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The sitting
room has space for a spare bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker and oven,
and a dishwasher.

Both
sitting room and kitchen open on to large terraces, with a built-in
barbecue, an outside dining area and uninterrupted views towards
the sea and the neighbouring island of Paros.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, fitted cupboards and an
adjacent shower room with a toilet.
The first floor has two double bedrooms both with twin beds and
fitted

is a second shower room and toilet and a laundry area with a washing
machine.
Both bedrooms have balconies with beautiful views of the surrounding
country side.
The villa is in a peaceful rural location but has
easy access to all amenities and is close to the beaches and to
the green valleys of Potamia
and Melanes. |

Both
valleys are very fertile; ancient footpaths lead through beautiful
areas with olive and citrus groves and orchards.
Because the villa has central heating it provides comfortable
accommodation for people who like to come in the low season for
walking tours and exploring the beautiful interior of the island.
The villa’s location also provides easy access to the islands
beaches and inland villages. |

Naxos
town, about 10 minutes driving distance, has
a very good archaeological museum, a lively harbour front, some
excellent restaurants, supermarkets and a general range of shops.
The villa has a washing machine which can be used by the the
guests.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended.
