Set
on a hillside and in a sheltered position, the villa has beautiful
views towards the sandy beaches of Orkos and Mikri Vigla.
The villa is about 5-7 minutes walking distance from the beaches
and the local supermarket, or a few minutes distance by car.
The villa is in a quiet rural location and part of a small
group of private villas all set in mature gardens.

Accommodation
is available for four to six people.
The
villa has an open-plan living and dining room with an adjacent
kitchen.
The kitchen has an electric cooker and oven, kettle, toaster and
coffee machine.
A fridge freezer is in the corner in one corner of the dining
room. |

The
sitting room has traditional built-in stone sofa beds with comfortable
cushions. French doors open on to the front terrace which has
an outdoor eating area.
Both from the sitting room and the terrace there are beautiful
sea views all along the Southwest coast of Naxos.
This part of Naxos has a succession of sandy beaches with crystal
clear water.

The
villa has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin
and toilet.
There is a washing machine which can be used by the guests
One
bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds.
Both
bedrooms have air-conditioning and French doors which open onto
a terrace or balcony on each side of the house. |

To
the side of the front terrace is a small outside room which has
been converted into a bedroom.
The room has a comfortable double bed with a single bunk bed above.
This room can offer 2 or 3 additional sleeping places for older
children or young adults (access to the bathroom is in the main
villa).
The
only access to the area of the villas is a small private road;
there is no traffic.

Generally
the North wind (Meltemi) is predominant in the summer. Orkos beach
has a wind- and kite surfing school where lessons can be obtained
and equipment can be hired.
Mikri Vigla is on the other side of the Vigla promontory; regardless
of the direction of the wind, one of the two beaches will be sheltered.
Naxos town and the small local airport are about 15 km distance. |
