Glinado Villa 1 is a spacious luxury villa of 200 square meters,
set in extensive private gardens. The villa has commanding views
across the Livadi plain towards the sea in two directions.
There is a swimming pool of 50m2 in a sheltered area of the
garden.
Extensive garden terraces provide areas of both sun and shade.
The villa affords total privacy but is within 10 minutes driving
distance of beautiful sandy beaches, the small local airport
and Naxos town. |

The
villa is built on several levels.The ground floor consist of a
large open- plan fitted kitchen and a spacious dining area with
seating up to 14 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, coffee machine etc, toaster, kettle, etc.
The kitchen/dining room opens onto a large sheltered terrace with
outdoor furniture and a purpose built barbeque.

The
downstairs bedroom has a double bed and French doors which lead
to the garden terrace with panoramic views.
The bedroom has an adjacent shower room with a toilet.
From the kitchen/dining area a hallway leads to a large open-plan
bedroom and study. This room has a double bed; the study has
a double sofa bed. From the study French doors lead to the sheltered
terrace with the barbeque. |

first floor consists of a very spacious living room and a shower
room with a toilet.
The living room has a comfortable sofa with armchairs and a
radio/CD player.
Two large balconies provide panoramic views across the surrounding
countryside towards the sea.

third level consists of the master bedroom with a double bed and
an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a toilet.
From the the bedroom French doors lead on to the spacious balcony
with beautiful views.

The accommodation provides total privacy but is close to all amenities
and some very beautiful beaches. |

special feature of the Glinado Villa is that it was designed on
a large scale so that the villa can be used as a venue for meetings
or seminars for up to 14 people.
If the villa is used as a venue for meetings or seminars, additional
accommodation can be arranged within about 5-10 minutes driving
distance.

villa has three bedrooms accommodation for up to 6 persons (3
bedrooms) but can accommodate up to 8 persons (with a double
sofabed)
Facilities include: 2 baby cots, WiFi internet access, central
heating, TV,
CD players throughout, Swimming pool with bar (from June till
October), fridge, high chairs and sunshade, hairdryers, local
Naxos based management and a complimentary wine and fruit basket
on arrival. |

General
cleaning services are provided
twice weekly and are included in the rates. Extra cleaning can
be arranged on request.
Massage sessions are availble on request.
The villa has a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
Naxos town, about 10
minutes driving distance, has a very good archaeological museum,
a lively harbour front, some excellent restaurants, supermarkets
and a general range of shops. |

rental is essential for mobility and supplies.
